  29. After much pain, I have my Xircom CEM28 working on a TI Extensa 
  30. 560CD with Windows 95. I seem to get 28000 and 26400 
  31. connections. Here are 3 recommendations:

  33. * Use Windows 95's own dialer. Many others are incompatible.
  34. * Get the latest (v3.78) flash upgrade.
  35. * Get the latest Xircom drivers.
